| Lay Ho, Jai Ho |
Okay, I think I like "Jai Ho" and "Blistering in the Sun" the best. (Well, I seem to be able to sight-read okay...for now.) I'm looking forward to that show.
Although I don't like playing it that much yet, I love listening to "Ladies Night" and "Super Freak."
Well, Marching Band Camp is almost over. This time around, it seemed to go by so fast! I could remember it feeling so long last year (and hotter). I'm looking forward for the BBQ- after all, us sophomores won't end up last in line anymore!
School's starting soon too. This summer was both so long and so short. (Please don't ask me how that is, I can't really explain it myself!) Also, I turned in the pink form that requested class schedule modifications with the counselors recently. Now I need your help: help this old lady remember. Did we have "homeroom" on the first day of school, and is then do most people get their changed schedules? I can't really trust myself to believe it yet. Assistance? :)
PS: "Jai Ho" is a really hard song to learn. My tongues were tied so many times. D:
PPS: It took me a while to spell "tongue" correctly when I was little. IT DEFIES THE LAW OF THE ENGLISH LANGUAGE! (Including words like: "island" and "two") |

I'm pretty sure we have an advisory period first (the room number depends on your last name). You find out where to go by the signs posted around the school, and we get schedules during the advisory period.

I also laugh at the people who doubted Jai Ho last year. I think it sounds awesome :P
