Notice anything...new? Well, after a grueling 3 hours on MS Paint, I finally got this little banner sucker done. What do you guys think? :D Sorry for the short blog but I'm tired. Plus, you know how much I just LOVE homework. :P
I don't know how many of you have noticed this, but in many movies there is a person doing something incredibly dangerous in a very high altitude where the fall would be all but pleasant. And you know, for the first part they seem pretty well off, maybe a bit nervous but that's normal. However, then comes along that one idiot who tells them: "Whatever you do, don't look down." And as if it wasn't bad enough, they actually look down. What's more is that the person mentions "whatever you do", implying that that person could unicycle or start to tap dance, all of which is fine compared to just "looking down"?! For once, I'd like to see someone not look down, or better yet, tell the person to "shut up and keep your rotten advice to yourself!"
In other news, I just finished watching the 101 Dalmatians Disney Movie on YouTube, and I've got to say: it really made my...night. I mean, if you compare old Disney films to those new ones, you pity the generations of today since there little minds are polluted by such...junk.
Which brings me to my next point! Remember those cartoons you'd wake up so early every Saturday morning for? The ones which you used to remember every character's names and the theme song that played before it? Well, you have to admit, those were some good shows. Even the older cartoons of our parent's generation weren't that bad. (Rocky and Bullwinkle, Charlie Brown, ScoobyDoo) But look at the cartoons you see today. I don't know about you guys, but I found most of them to be extremely lame and stupid (That isn't to say all of them, but most of them). I wonder why that is; why did I dislike these cartoons so much? Perhaps, you get older and your mind instantly pulls back from kid shows or maybe, children these days have their own weird 21st century tastes which. I don't know. All I know is, is that those cartoons I woke up so early for were one of the highlights of my childhood. Let's not forget:
Hey Arnold
CatDog
Pokemon (the original episodes)
Jackie Chan Adventures
Recess *scandalous*
Powerpuff Girls
The Wild Thornberries
Power Rangers
Courage the Cowardly Dog
Cow and Chicken
Dexter's Laboratory
Johnny Bravo
Samurai Jack
Digimon (the original)
Rugrats
Rocket Powers
Braceface
Osmosis Jones
Hamtaro
Doug
Wow, I feel like such a nerd. Funny that I don't wear glasses after such exposure. :P How about you guys? Is there one not on this list that you used to love watching? Or maybe even something you completely loved from my list? I know you guys have seen at least 3 from here. :)
Headache. Ouch. Homework. Yuck. Lit. Mag. Blah. Life. Slow.
(Skip the first paragraph to get to the happier parts :D)
I've noticed that once you earn a habit of staring at clocks, you develop a more negative perspective at life. Most of my time is consumed with unnecessary things, rather the things I should be doing, like homework. It doesn't me as much as knowing this sad tendency. I always feel so guilty at the end of the day, looking back at all the things I didn't accomplish. This always makes me promise myself not to lose focus the next day, but in the end the same thing happens and before you know it, I've dug myself a deep trench that runs in a big circle. I don't recall myself being so disorganized when I was younger and it frustrates me. All I really want to do is to break out of this stupid circle before it gets any deeper and finally start making a smooth straight line. But...maybe I'll put it off for tomorrow.

Having not blogged in 5 days in a row entitles me as "epic fail". Therefore, I hope everyone felt like an "epic win" today, being that it is Valentine's Day. :)
Your Valentine's Day Personality is Practical
As far as you're concerned, Valentine's Day is simply a commercial holiday. You don't place any real meaning on it. You don't think it deserves too much celebration. For you, Valentine's Day is just the day you avoid restaurants and candy stores. If you love someone, you already show it. You don't need to go all out for a silly holiday to prove your love.
I've posted a series of plain white posters on one of the walls in my room. Altogether, their vertical sides touch making a long, thick white line just slightly below the ceiling. I did this out of a whim and I'm debating what to do with them, since I don't feel like taking them down. Any suggestions? Here's the song I'm absolutely hooked on at the moment:

It's known as "Qing Fei Di Yi" or "Can't Help Falling in Love With You" by Harlem Yu. It's very sweet. :)
I'm guilty of playing pokemon diamond all day. (But heck, my murkrow finally evolved because I found the dusk stone! Ohh yes!) So yeah, the rainy days have returned; I'm hoping for brighter days despite the clouds that obscure the sunshine. The hardest thing about falling is getting up and keep on going. I guess you can say, I try so hard from falling that once I do, it takes me a long time to stand back up. I fear fear in general.
This was made me laugh...4 days ago. I thought I'd share :)
I'm going to be at the badminton practice at the PMS gym soon, so I might as well blog before I do it late at night. (Finally, I can play bad-friggin-minton! >:D) Alright, I'm very lazy right now so I'm going to speak in numbers again, just to keep things brief yet simple.
Blog Buddies: The trend is finally spreading! :) I saw a couple of people I know blogging now and I'm really impressed. I want more blog-buddies.
The February Film Project: I'm still driven for this project. Looking back at my last work, I am disappointed at myself. it could have been so much better, and yet, I let the little things go. I've learned from that project not to miss out on any detail. I've got a storyline that I"m actually satisfied with and I'm ready to shoot. (I do miss having Bryan and Andrea though; Don't worry, I didn't "trade" you guys. Promise. :D)
Track and Field?!: So, I decided to sign up. Had I known that the majority of students that participate are extremely athletic African-Americans, I may have turned around. Too late now. Heck, it's a crazy thing and I'm still worried if I do it, but I'm sure I still got me some wheels in my abnormal feet. Haha, they didn't call me "Ferrari" for nothing. Or...did they? .-.
New Section: I've decided to conclude all my blogs with "Have you Notice". I'm very fascinated by little details in life and I often wonder who out there did the same things. This can also help me see just how big of a dork I really am. :)
Have you Noticed...how people like to do things but believe that no one is really looking. They sometimes are picking their nose behind the wheel or spitting some food they didn't like on a napkin before their date sits back down. It makes you wonder how many people notice you in a day, even when you feel like no one would have any reason to. In terms of this, I've always been the looker. I like spying on people when they're not looking, kind of like watching humans in their "natural habitats". Stalker, much?
How could they?! D: (I didn't take this picture...but I wish I did. But then again, PV's toilets will never be this clean.)
Okay, so I forgot to write yesterday. (I was busy and plus, my computer was acting up. Not cool.) Anyways, since I am running short on time here and totally pushing my geography homework aside, I'll keep this short...but I highly doubt it. (It's just two more problems...chill guys! :D) What I love most about saying "you guys" here is that I'm pretty much referring to only Austin and Bryan. <3>
-------------------------
1.I recently finished To Kill a Mockingbird by Harper Lee. I'm pretty sure most of you have already read it, but whether you like it or not, I have to say, it wasn't all that bad. It began sort of slow and unappealing, but nearing the trial scene and ending, it made me want to read more. :3 I love Boo Radley!
2. Film Club is starting a new project where the theme is: "Love". I'm so psyched for this! :) You have no idea. I've got Erin Miller as my assitant and since that I'm not spoiling anymore, it's going to be "different". It's something I've never attempted and is about to. (I'm guilty to say however, that it was rewatching WongFu Production's amazing videos that inspired me to love filming all over again.)
3.BadmintonConditioning: Can I first say that it took me about a whole week to spell "badminton" correctly? You can even check my planner; my agenda reads "badmitton". (Sounds like I'm scolding a fingerless glove. "Bad Mitton, BAD!") I've decided to take up badminton and due to film club, I had to miss Wednesday training. A lot of people ditched today's training and walking by the track, I came upon a sad sight: little to maybe 5 people showed up. The assistant coach noticed us and had this stare that almost penetrated all my textbooks combined. There was a rumor that we'll be running 10 laps tomorrow for cutting...oh my jesus.
4. I've decided to carry my camera around more often, because of these two reasons: my blogs need colour and you never know when you'll reach a kodak moment. :)
5. I refuse to spell "colour" as "color". It's weird...but I like it better this way. (Perhaps I feel bad for the letter "t", being gangbanged by two "o's" on both sides of him. So I guess the letter "u" acts as the good 'ol peacemaker huh? :D) Oh, I make no sense. -_-
Photo Time :) (Uploading photos here makes me want to listen to fingernails on a chalkboard.)
Andrea and I got bored during Mr.Rees' lectures. :)
PS: I wanted to upload more...but. This. Computer. Is. Very. Mean.
This is a quick blog, but nevertheless important. If you've ever seen pictures from the H o l o c a u s t, you'd want to cry too. That's all I have to say.
What the eff is wrong with my neighbor down the hill? Seriously. I'm on the computer and all of a sudden I start to hear "The Star Spangled Banner" being belt out by some unidentified singer. I mean, I know my neighbor, whom by the way I don't even know, loves to watch football, but does he have to watch it in his garage? Actually, watching in the garage is fine, but why leave your door wide open and your television volume all the way up? I can even hear him and I'm a good distance away. Every weekend, I would hear commercials and his obsessive football cheering. Come on man; seriouosly?
PS: I just found this, but I'm getting hooked to something known as "Hetaria". Still researching what it is, but I think it's a webcomic. I love it because the artist draws people of different countries together. <3
China and Canada.
Greece and Japan. (But it's kind of hard to tell) Russia and USA. (I love this one) Hungary and Austria.
Name: Dyana Home: About Me: I am an odd person. I'll admit it because I can't really figure out who I am exactly. I think that's what life is partially about: figuring out who you really are, that, and happiness. I don't think many do find out who they really are in the end, but make a marvelous journey trying. I think that's beautiful. Frankly, I don't really want to find that one word or thing that would describe me perfectly. I think I'll just sit along with the ride and let everything just roll as it goes. I'm a very spontaneous person. See my profile...
