Starburst Wrappers and Barbecue Sauce |

Currently, I'm listening through the Pride and Prejudice Soundtrack. It's very lovely. What I like most is the way I can feel myself being caught inside each moment of the song. I can instantly visualize some of the scenes from the movie whenever a familiar song comes on.
I could talk about Pride and Prejudice all day, but I'm pretty sure that would bore you. So, I will talk about what most of you believe I should talk about: my day today. (Please note: I find that I'm not very fond with talking about myself. I like to talk about the things/people around me and I also rant, a lot.)
Waking Up - I woke up to a raspy classical station and watched little children's shows throughout most of the time before I left for school. I was in a happy mood and quite excited to help out at Rotary.
Arriving at School - I saw the sprinkled donut. Must have. Must want. Must eat. But no coffee. That's just gross.
Trash Time - I picked trash for about an hour and a half. It was overall a very fun experience. I picked up tons of garbage, but nothing exciting or anything like that. (My friend beat me in the "How many condoms can you find?" game. She found 3 and I got none. D:) But, I loved...being on top of the staircase behind the school where I could see far off into the hills, meet the morning sun's beam on my face, look down at all the helpers picking trash below, look across the rooftops of our school, and breathe in the unpretictable surprises the day was bound for. With that, I took my heavy black bag and paraded around school looking for garbage. Austin and I ended up finsihing together. It's nice how people's paths intersect in life sometimes. :)
Epic Cleaning Duty - The rest of my clean-up day was spent in the janotor's "workshop". There, Austin and I huddled near the dirty sink - probably had a bunch of spider webs - to help the painters clean their equipment. Oh, how so very thoughtful of us. Cleaning this kind of paint off these equipments was difficult and messy work. Rollers took forever to clean. Acutally, I'm not sure we fully cleaned most of them to be honest. For 2 whole hours we used water nonstop. We didn't want to add to any possible droughts, but there was no way we could've finished our job if we hadn't. I was covered in blue, yellow, and tan from my face to my poor pink shoes. Water and paint flew in every direction, soaking both Austin and me. Yin Yin, Ryan, Winston, and Laurence came by and helped us the last 30 minutes. Together, we made more of a mess and finished cleaning up the rest of the equipments. We definetly needed more sinks back there. Thank you Austin especially for sticking arond and being such a big help. Without him there, I may never carry the heavy bucket very far...or at all. -_-;; (You stupid back.)
Bumping Heads - Austin bumped his head twice. First beneath the bleachers and second on accdident when I hit him. I bumped my head once, but it made me laugh so hard. I bent down to grab my camera from my backpack. I was so excited, I bumped my head against the garage my backpack was leaning against. The whole room shook and I felt so silly. *sigh* Geez, Dyana. Really.
Rewards - After working so long and hard, I developed a big appetite, making my burger then times tastier than those for the girls who did nothing today. I also left with a free bottle of mustard and some buns! Yes! My parents were so proud! :-D (You know I'm only joking, right?)
Home - Thanks to Bryan for walking with me. Walking alone can be so boring sometimes, so I'm glad I had someone to talk to, especially when the person happens to spark interesting ideas/topics and be a good listener.
Chinese Restaurant - For dinner, I went with some family members to that new Chinese restaurant in Pinole. The one by the Farmers Market. Oh man, the food was so good. :)
Okay. I'm tired. But am I sleeping yet? Heck no. What's sleep anyway? Tomorrow, I have a date with my boyfriend. His name is Ap Bio. We've been seeing each other a lot. I'm afraid he is a bit difficult to understand right now, but I'll clarify some questions with him when we meet tomorrow.
As for you all, adieu. ;)
High fives for everyone! :) |

That's the beauty of soundtrack music: there's a story behind every song, but the story varies depending on the listener's imagination. :]
Also, I figure that since I'm not a very good speaker, I should at least be a good listener. xD

About Me: I am an odd person. I'll admit it because I can't really figure out who I am exactly. I think that's what life is partially about: figuring out who you really are, that, and happiness. I don't think many do find out who they really are in the end, but make a marvelous journey trying. I think that's beautiful. Frankly, I don't really want to find that one word or thing that would describe me perfectly. I think I'll just sit along with the ride and let everything just roll as it goes. I'm a very spontaneous person.
